What is a Private Cloud?
A Private Cloud is also known as an internal cloud or a corporate cloud, which is more of a marketing term for a propietary computing architecture providing hosting services to a certain number of users behind a firewall.

Recent advances in virtualization and distributed computing have allowed corporate network and datacenter administrators to effectively become service providers that meet the needs of their clients within the corporation.
Most hosting providers offer the Private Cloud service, which is more apealing to organizations that need or want more control over their data than what they can get from their third-party hosted service.
